Our directly employed engineers are based throughout the United Kingdom to ensure a 4-hour emergency breakdown response. All engineers are fully trained to work on traditional refrigeration, CO2 and Hydrocarbon systems. Each of our vans is equipped with the latest technology and over 325 spare parts. A CoSourced engineer arrives at each job fully prepared, and this is proven through our first-time fix rate, which is second to none in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry.


When new equipment is required, our in-house contractors, design engineers and installation teams are ready to design and fit the perfect solution. Adam Jewell - Group Finance Director

ACA qualified and KPMG trained, Adam brings finance leadership experience across facilities management and technical building services, including senior roles at FM and building services group Andwis. 

At CoSourced, Adam operates as a hands-on finance director with a clear focus on building the systems and infrastructure that allow an acquisitive business to scale without losing control. His work spans M&A execution, post-acquisition integration, and the financial disciplines that drive value creation – from management reporting frameworks through to lender relationships and deal structuring support.

Lee Cartmer - Group Managing Director

An engineer by background, Lee has built his career across some of the UK’s leading facilities and building services businesses, including Space Engineering, Arcus, and ABM, progressing through management and leadership roles before moving into regional MD positions.

Most recently, Lee served as Regional Managing Director at EA-RS, where he led growth and transformation initiatives and played an active role in supporting their buy-and-build strategy. He joined CoSourced in November 2025 and has since been driving meaningful improvements across service efficiency, health and safety, and customer experience.
